Who is the chef

Born in Martina Franca, Puglia, class of 80, after graduating from hotel school, chef Martino travels between Tuscany and England, where he refines his experience in the kitchen and is enriched by a baggage that will lead him, in 2011, to the opening of the No Reservations restaurant, in Nicosia, Cyprus, which is awarded the title of Golden Fork for four consecutive years and where he offers a rich selection of international cuisine.  In 2018 he landed in Versilia, in his beloved Tuscany, where he managed, until 2020, the Bagno Stella restaurant in Marina di Pietrasanta. Always ready for new challenges and nomadic at heart, he is ready, from May 1st, for the opening of his new restaurant "Nomade", in fact, where he will combine, with love and experience, traditional Italian dishes with elements of international cuisine, offering his guests an authentic journey through flavors.
